Writer Lia Gladstone has just escaped to Portland from two major forest fires (“Lookout” and “Horse Creek”) burning in the Willamette National Forest threatening her home in McKenzie Bridge, Oregon, and when she reads from her children’s art book, Bella Blue, about a beloved heritage tree and when she speaks of saving trees, she is speaking about all trees.
Please join her for a reading for kids 5 to 95 at Mother Foucault’s Bookshop
